Welcome to ‘OUR HAPPY PLACE’
Looking for a fun, relaxing getaway? We would love to host you in our condo for your next vacation! It is located in the Gulf Shores Plantatio Resort, a gated, 40-acre resort with 24-hour security. We are located just 12 miles to the west of Gulf Shores on the Fort Morgan peninsula, so we are close enough to enjoy all that the heart of Gulf Shores has to offer.
The resort is very friendly for people of all ages, hosting six outdoor pools, a kiddie pool indoor and outdoor. 3 hot tubs, basketball courts, tennis courts, pickleball courts, shuffleboard, a sand volleyball court, a putting green, not to mention the main attraction…our beautiful beach. We also provide guests with our heated indoor pool pass to enjoy on the days when the weather may not be cooperating or when a break from the sun is needed. Our two-bedroom, two-bathroom ground-floor condo is literally, steps away from the beach boardwalk, allowing easy access to the warm, sandy beach. There are chair and umbrella rentals available at the beach for all guests. Gulf Shores Plantatio is also a host of Island Grill Sassy Bass. Kiva Dunes Golf Course is conveniently located adjacent to the property.
Condo amenities include:
-1st bedroom includes king bed and adjoining bathroom
-2nd bedroom includes full bed and twin bunk beds
-Living area includes sleeper sofa
-Fully stocked kitchen equipped to cook whatever you’d like
-Keurig and 12-cup coffee maker
-Card/Coin-operated/ laundry facility on the level
-Captains’ Adirondack chairs on balcony to enjoy watching the water.
Parking costs as set forth by the HOA are as follows:
2-3 nights $25 per vehicle max of 2
4-6 nights $35 per
7-14 nights $45 per
15 or more nights $60 per

Loved the convenience of being on the bottom floor with quick access to the beach and all the other amenities. Condo was the perfect size for our group. The host was quickly responsive and we very much enjoyed our stay!
