Beach house located at 701 Cabana Beach Road, 2 bedrooms/2 bath. Master bedroom has queen size bed, large walk in closet and full bathroom. Second bedroom will sleep 6 comfortably with two sets of "twin over full" bunk beds and a large walk in closet. Each bedroom has cable, TV and DVD player. Large living area has a queen size sleeper sofa, a love seat sofa and a day bed with trundle. There is 55 inch smart TV in living area with wireless WIFI throughout. there is a full laundry room with washer, dryer and utility sink. The kitchen has granite counter tops, ample cabinet space, dishwasher, and refrigerator freezer. The house has hardwood floors throughout and sliding glass doors in each room giving access to the spacious back deck. Back deck has a gas grill with a table and chairs to enjoy your morning cup of coffee. The front porch has a swing and a full size picnic table, perfect for a relaxing evening or time with family and friends. There is also another private shower outside with hot and cold running water, perfect for a quick shower after a day at the beach. The house is private, comfortable and well equipped with access to a private beach. Your pets are welcome on the beach and the property is perfect for walking pets.

This place was okay....close enough to walk to the beach, well equipped and a nice front porch.The house was older but cozy the grounds could have used some tidying up but otherwise fine .Check-in was easy and the Host seems pleasant.

Great private location! Clean house! Short drive to the beach or walk. Host communicated promptly! Only thing is next time we stay we will need to remember no framed canopy, no big deal though! We had a great week!
