Property was very nice and updated. Kitchen was well stocked.

The only issue we found were the floors didn’t seem to have been mopped well. My 1 year old granddaughter crawling around within 10 min her knees and feet were black. Other than that, the place was beautiful.

It was clean and beautifully decorated.

The bunk beds were extremely uncomfortable. And the sheets were worn with piling balls. Low quality or old sheets. Also, I wish we had a heads up with having no coffee filters and no extra trash bags.

The location was better than expected and closer to the beach than previously thought

The air was not working properly and completely stopped the night before we left…also the refrigerator was not getting cold…although the freezer worked perfectly…

Breakfast not applicable. Email confirmation with access code went to a business email on a Saturday in which I did not have access. After waiting 10 minutes on hold, a vacasa rep was able to text me the entry code. To make it better, email the access codes during normal business hours Mon-Friday at least for business stays.

There were tiny ants on the kitchen counter and the ice maker in the refrigerator did not make ice very timely (the storage tray barely had ice even after 8 hours overnight). The second trash bag was not found under the installed trash bag until the end of the trip. For a three night stay, more trash bags were necessary. However, the view on the second floor was beautiful and the access to the beach was super easy. The house was clean. We would gladly stay again, just wishing it had a pool.
