We stayed at The Beach House years ago and rented from the previous owners for several years. We like the new upgrades. The refrigerator problems we experienced the first couple of days was a real nuisance. We had issues with the ice maker the last couple of days. The kitchen faucet was very hard to stop dripping and that was very irritating! The ceiling between the living area and the kitchen needed to be cleaned. There were cobwebs and some mold. Right at the edge of the refrigerator looked like something had been spilled but not wiped up totally. Tried using the mixer but could not get the beaters to stay in. Not sure if they were the correct ones for the mixer.
Overall, it was a great experience. We really like the new tables inside and the one on the porch.
Of course, the refrigerator/freezer not working was a real inconvenience!

The house needs some maintenance, ac wasn't cooling as it should would get up to 80+ during the day, and dripped occasionally from a vent, freezer stopped and we lost alot of food, ice maker didn't work , front door was hard to use too many numbers in the code, towel bar was broken in bath. Over all was ok location is great, price reflected location not condition of home.

The location was great. The house was very roomy and nice. The beds were very comfortable. There were a few things that need a little bit of attention
There were boards on the walkway coming from under the house to the first flight of steps that were sticking up and busted which could be a trip hazard.We had our 74 year old mother with us and had to watch and make sure she didn’t trip everytime we went anywhere. The kitchen sink continuously dripped and the towel rack in the master bedroom bath kept falling off the wall.

The beach here is gorgeous and to be able to walk out from the deck is perfect. The four bedrooms and two baths are laid out well. Kitchen was fairly well stocked.
None of the porch furniture was usable. All wet and mildewed. The wall in one bathroom had dirt/dust all down it and the other bathroom had a moldy air vent. Looked scary.
