Comfortable bed, adequate towels, kitchen well equipped.
Physical condition, cleanness not up to par, desperately needs painting, remodel long overdue, cabinets falling apart, refrigerator has water leak under the appliance, patio and halls not clean, it is ridiculous to have a 10 digit entry code for an entry lock which has to have code entered to enter and EXIT,, parking a technology inconvenience to obtain, should include parking instructions with booking, , NO WRITTEN INSTRUCTIONS on how to operate the cable TV system, yes there is a channel list but no detailed instructions for all the complicated options.
