You will be in close proximity to the center reachable on foot in 15-20 min.
The apartment is very cozy and equipped, suitable for a couple or a family.
Conveniently served by public transportation, you can also reach it by car. Parking lots (for a fee) in the area.
A 20-minute walk from the Central Station.
There is a bike path along the street.
The apartment is on the basement floor of a beautiful building from the early 1900s that is very well-kept and typical of Florence of that period. In the city, apartments with gardens are often found a few steps below the ground since they are developed at the back of buildings where areas are cooler and quieter.
In the warmer months, in fact, one can appreciate the cooler temperature of the rooms, which allows one to live pleasantly even without the need for air conditioning.
There is a double bedroom, living room with sofa bed, kitchen and bathroom. Besides of course the private garden, the real special feature of the house.
The apartment is equipped since it is inhabited by us for some periods of the year and therefore provides everything you need for everyday life. And if anything is missing....ask us!
PLEASE NOTE:
There are 4 beds, two of them in double sofa bed in the living room. However, we like to point out that the living room is connected to the kitchen and entrance by two openings without doors. For this reason, we consider the accommodation for 4 people more suitable for a family with children rather than for 2 couples of friends who, rightly, would need more privacy.

The apartment was clean, comfortable, well appointed with everyone we needed. Location was a bit far as we like to walk everywhere; but, it did feel like we were living as typical Florentians, surrounded by a neighborhood feel; and it was quiet and peaceful which we appreciated after a long day navigating tourist crowds! Highly recommend.

Claudio did everything to make sure we were comfortable. They are proud owner you can tell. The apartment was super clean and we had plenty of space. The bed was also comfortable. The distance from the center is perfect. I recommend strongly this apartment!!
