A genuinely nice apartment — comfortable, well-kept and in a great spot for exploring Florence. The space itself was pleasant and we enjoyed our stay overall.
The one real drawback is the sound insulation, which is poor. You can hear everyone in the hallway, and because the apartment is on the ground floor, you hear the building’s entrance door every single time someone comes in or out. For light sleepers this is worth keeping in mind.

The host managed to hand the keys to me as soon as I arrived which was great. There was laundry that you can use, also the space was great for 2 ppl along with the kitchen size was amazing as well. The host was very kind and explained the whole map of florence to us. He also helped with our luggage which was very kind of him.
20 min walk to the center. Daily cleaning is not included.
