About this apartment rental
The entire apartment has been recently renovated and decorated with attention to details and refined taste for design furniture and comforts. The earthy color palette of the apartment creates a warm, pleasant atmosphere.
The space is clean and practical and accommodates comfortably up to 4 people.
It's located on the second floor without elevator of a historic building and comprises:
- a cozy living room ( with 1 sofa bed
suitable for 2 people) which opens onto a fully equipped kitchen creating a lovely open space with Smart tv
- a master bedroom with good storage space and double size bed and smart tv
- a family bathroom with shower.
The unit comes with air conditioning throughout the whole space, flat TV and a Fibre Option WiFi connection.
A fully equipped kitchen with oven, induction hob , dishwasher, kettle and toaster.
There is no washing machine.
The apartment has all the comforts that a house can offer, quiet and stylish it's perfect for a comfortable stop during the visit of the beautiful Florence.

This is one of the most vibrant neighbourhoods of the old city, 10/15 minutes away from the main city monuments ( PONTE VECCHIO,DUOMO, UFFIZI) and 5 from the main train station of SANTA MARIA NOVELLA.

Check-in time is 3PM - 7PM

Any late check in must be requested and approved 24h before arrival.
Early and Late Check-In has an extra cost:
From 12 noon to 3pm: €10 ( €15 on weekends)
From 7pm to 8pm: €25
From 8pm to 10pm: €35
From 10pm to MIDNIGHT: €45
No check-in after MIDNIGHT, except for agreement made previously.

We loved this property! It was just as photos showed and when we arrived, it was very clean. It was a great location to all the sites! Would definitely stay here again!

This is the way we prefer to stay when abroad. The location was perfect for living like a local. The grocery was an easy walk away, several very good restaurants are close, and major attractions are all an easy walk. We would definitely love to stay here again.

This apartment is in a great location, we ust wish we could have used the air conditioning. It was a real challenge to climb those 5 flights of stairs without an elevator.
