S.Zanobi courtyard house w/ terrace

Close to the railway station, but not too close. Close to the city centre. Nice yard and cosy and comfortable apartment. Feels very authentic, compared to generic hotels. There’re 2 bedrooms, one double bed on ground floor, twin under the roof on second floor. Two bathrooms: both on the ground floor, one of them ensuite. Shower is in ensuite bathroom on the ground floor. The filly stocked kitchen and sitting room is on the first floor. On the second floor there’s a large terrace. There’re ACs in each room. The apartment is very well thought-out. Easily pick up keys anytime. Inside there’re clear labels and instructions for everything. The Hosts are very provident and attentive. We’ve very much enjoyed our stay, thank you.

Mosquitos in Florence can be a problem even in December. So be careful with opening the windows which doesn’t have mosquito nets (some of them does). There’s also a box with repellents in the kitchen.

Location was excellent. Away from the crowds yet only 15 minutes to city center. Appreciated that each room/ level had its own air conditioning unit ( very quiet systems!). The kitchen was fully equipped with plenty of counter top work space. The terrace provided a nice place to sit and enjoy morning caffe. Good restaurants nearby without the city center cost, and better food. Also Mercato Centrale and grocery stores are short walk from the apartment.

The apartment is three levels so it may not be appropriate for individuals with mobility issues.
