Florence Prestige Apartments ZANOBI 55

The place is just amazing. Comfortable, clean, for couples or friends. Walking distance from the station and to the centre. Perfect.

The check-in process/communication. 1. We got a „check-in” link that required submitting all our IDs and personal data completion. It should have been called „pre check-in/before check-in”. The Internet is very poor in the area and we spent an hour walking around the streets searching for net to complete it. 2. There are two buildings with number 55 in the street approx 50 m away from each other. Coming from the station, the incorrect 55 is first- there is no code plate there . When contacted the admin/owner we kept getting messages to look for a black door/ there’s no black door. Finally we found the right 55. 3. We asked for the code to enter we kept receiving instructions how to use the toilet… if we only could ;-). It took us an hour from clicking on check-in link to entering the flat. In Firenze heat ;-).

All of my bookings were aimed for walkable access to the city center and this location was spot on

We loved our stay. Wonderful apartment in a great location. We will definitely be back.

The hairdryer is small, and for those with a lot of hair, it takes a long time to dry. I suggest buying a larger one.

The property is clean, beds are comfortable. Everything is within 15-19 min walk, which is still a little far.

It is located on the 3rd floor, you have to carry luggage up and down, no other sink other than bathroom, it would be good to have a microwave to heat up food. The most inconvenient is when we arrived at 11pm, no keys in the door we didnt get in the unit till almost 1 am. They forgot to place the key card outside for us to go in. Help came but a little slow.
