About this apartment rental
Characteristic apartment in the historical center (Unesco World Heritage Site since 1982) of about 90 square meters, located on the second and last floor of a Florentine style building.
A 5-minute walk there are various places of artistic and cultural interest, museums, Duomo, Church and San Lorenzo craft market, the famous Central Market of Florence, shops, taverns, pizzerias, bars, pastry shops, ice cream parlors, pharmacy, supermarket, self-service laundry, bike rental and a small playground for children.
The apartment is split over two levels with beamed ceiling. One floor consists of: an entrance with a small window overlooking the back garden, a cozy and bright living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a small utility room / laundry room with washing machine and boiler, a bathroom with shower and a large double bedroom with the possibility of having a single bed for children. On the mezzanine floor with parquet floor, you can access from a solid wood staircase and consists of: a study, an open space with a sofa bed and a bathroom without a shower.

The apartment is located in a quiet and central street and is in a strategic position to visit and reach in a few minutes walk the various places of artistic and cultural interest, Museums, Piazza del Duomo, Basilica and San Lorenzo craft market, the famous Central Market of Florence. In addition to a few meters there are a variety of craft shops, shops, taverns, pizzerias, bars, pharmacy patisseries, supermarket Carrefour Express, ice cream shop, mesticheria, grocery stores, self-service laundry, bike rental, there is also a small playground for children nearby.

Pisa airport "G. Galilei "is about 80 km away: there is a train connection to Florence or by bus (Flixbus, Looking4transfers).

So many details make it a great place to stay: well-stocked kitchen, half-bath upstairs, washing machine, shutters on the windows, plenty of space for a family with a variety of beds, huge wardrobe, non-slip carpet on the stairs, nice lighting, etc. But the best part, since it was extremely hot weather, was that there was an AC unit in both the living room and the bedroom! Silvia was also very nice to communicate with.
