The entire apartment has been recently renovated and decorated with attention to detail and exquisite taste in designer furnishings and amenities. The apartment's earthy color palette creates a warm and pleasant atmosphere.
The space is clean and practical and can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people.
It is located on the first floor without an elevator of a historic building and consists of:
- a cozy living room that opens to a fully equipped kitchen creating a nice open space with Smart TV
- a master bedroom with good storage space and double bed
- a room with a comfortable sofa bed for two (with real mattress)
- a family bathroom with shower.
The unit has air conditioning throughout the space, flat-screen TV and WiFi with fiber optic option.
A fully equipped kitchen with oven, induction cooktop, dishwasher, kettle and toaster.
A washing machine is also present.
The apartment is equipped with all the comforts a home can offer, quiet and elegant it is perfect for a comfortable stop over while visiting beautiful Florence.

This is one of the most lively neighborhoods in the historical center, 10/15 minutes from the main monuments of the city (PONTE VECCHIO, DUOMO, UFFIZI) and 5 from the main train station SANTA MARIA NOVELLA.

Any late check in must be requested and approved 24h before arrival.
Early and Late Check-In has an extra cost:
From 12 noon to 3pm: €10 ( €15 on weekends)
From 7pm to 8pm: €25
From 8pm to 10pm: €35
From 10pm to MIDNIGHT: €45
No check-in after MIDNIGHT, except for agreement made previously.

Overall the flat was great. Nice bathroom and kitchen area. The bed was extremely hard, which took some getting used to and the washing machine was miniscule. Could not get television to work but we were not in apartment much. Would stay again!
