The apartment itself was very nice, clean, and adequate for two adults, although the bedroom was very tight quarters. Also, there was no way of blocking out the noise from the street, and since it is a very popular neighborhood, there was noise all through the night. We had an issue with the water backing up in the shower and reached out to get it fixed. They did seem to fix it, but they implied we had caused it by over-flushing toilet paper in the toilet. We avoided flushing toilet paper after the incident, and the sink continued to gurgle, which we actually had been doing since the first day we arrived. We also asked for a clean set of towels since we had used some to clean the water back-up and were denied replacement towels. The location, though, was my favorite part of the stay, super centric, and tons of stores and restaurants close by.

This apartment is in a great location. It was clean and well equipped with good air con. However there is a lot of street noise which closing the windows wont make any difference. The check in involves a 10 minute walk to get the key from a mini-market. The bedroom is small for the bed so expect to stub your toe at some point. The main problem (which has been mentioned by a previous review) was the shower/toilet waste pipe. On the 4th day we were there it blocked causing the shower and toilet to overflow. The agent was contacted but no one came out to look at the issues. I wasted half a day taking photographs of the problem, mopping up and sending messages to the agent. I requested a partial refund for my inconvenience but was told as it was at the end of my time in the apartment that it wasn't possible to do that. So if you book this apartment be prepared to get wet feet.
