Location is great although sometimes you can hear people's noises outside the apartment. The bed is pretty comfortable and the air conditioning is also good, plenty of space
The ceiling painting was falling down to the kitchen sink, the frying pan was so beaten up that it took ages to heat up due to uneven bottom surface.
The projector sound is complete garbage seems like the projector is too old and they don't have Netflix, even though it is advertised in one of the pictures for the apartment.
The hot water is pretty limited, around 5 minutes of hot water in the shower.
