A pleasant little apartment in the heart of Madrid, yet in a quiet location.
The apartment could use a little renovation (missing doorknob, broken mirror, broken tile, patched hole, clean painting).

La estancia muy bien, el piso muy bien cuidado y limpio. El aire funcionaba bastante bien para resfriar la habitación. La ubicación muy buena.
No me gustó el proceso de checkin. Tuve que rellenar muchas cosas y firmar um contrato de alquiller temporal que me tomó tiempo.

Gostei de tudo, estava tudo impecável. Boa localização. Boa limpeza. Proprietários super atenciosos e sempre disponíveis. Fácil entrada no prédio e no apartamento. Ar condicionado e ventoinha. Todo o tipo de utensílios caso fosse necessário cozinhar. Ferro da roupa, tábua, secador de cabelo, torradeira, chaleira, máquina de café entre outros

The location of the property is excellent- close to town and in a vibrant district.
The apartment is very small with nowhere to really relax and unwind. The apartment is located several stories up, and carrying heavy suitcases up and down was very difficult.
