Ubicado a poca distancia de la gran vía, ideal para moverse caminando.
Al estar en un primer piso bastante bajo la calle se escucha bastante. Podrían mejorar la insonorización de los cerramientos.

abbiamo avuto un grosso problema con il water perchè già dal secondo giorno si è otturato completamente senza che noi abbiamo fatto nulla di particolare. Il gestore è intervenuta nel pomeriggio dicendo di aver risolto, ma il giorno successivo il problema si è riproposto uguale se non peggio. Infatti, non sono non potevamo andare in bagno perchè restava tutto "a galla" ma anche facendo la doccia si allagava il bagno perchè il problema del WC gravava anche sullo scarico della doccia facendo uscire tutta l'acqua nel bagno e nell'ingresso e abbiamo dovuto asciugare a terra
