About this house rental
Quintessential North Bayfront Beach cottage just around the corner from Marine Avenue's shops and restaurants. Enjoy the front patio along the Boardwalk for the view, boating, and daily Island activity. This property has 3 bedrooms: a master with a king-size bed and adjoining bathroom, a queen-sized bedroom, and a bedroom with a double bed + twin trundle. The second bath is full and off the hall area. For the adventurist youth, there is a loft area that overlooks the living room below. The bedrooms have been recently carpeted and new TV’s have been added to the living room and bedrooms. The living room has a fireplace, the kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, and the front patio includes a charcoal BBQ. The garage has shared laundry and a one-car parking space. Lastly, there is almost always a large, sandy beach in front of the home.

This was my family’s 8th reunion in this house and once again we had a fantastic week! Perfect weather and location as the house is only 1 block off Marine Ave. where all the shops, restaurants and sports rentals are located.

Kitchen appliances need to be updated: oven does not work properly. Coffee maker needs to be replaced. No hand rails on both sides of 4 steps leading up to front door. Real safety issue I am a senior and I had a very difficult time getting up and down the stairs. Also blinds didn't work properly.
