3 bedroom upper unit Beach cottage on the North Bayfront with great views, just steps to the Beach and Boardwalk. Located around the corner from Marine Avenue's shops and restaurants. The master bedroom has a queen bed with adjoining 3/4 bath. Of the remaining bedrooms, one has a queen bed and the other has two twins. The second bath is a full and located in the hall by the bedrooms. Recent upgrades include new kitchen flooring, refrigerator, dishwasher, and carpet. The living room offers a fireplace, TV/DVD, fully stocked kitchen with dining area, one-car garage space, and shared laundry. Small outdoor space with BBQ, cafe table + chairs, and the joy of being only a few steps away from the sand to sink your toes into!
