This property includes air conditioning. The thermostat should be set no lower than 74 degrees and turned off when the home is vacant. Please be aware that we cannot guarantee the home will cool to a specific temperature in all bedrooms and spaces

One garage spot is allocated to share with the tenant of 202 Ruby (H 6.5 ft / W 8 ft / Depth 17.5 ft), along with plenty of street parking. Lots of amazing shops, cafes, and restaurants are accessible by walking or biking.
Laundry
A private washer and dryer are conveniently located inside the garage. Included in your stay is 4 single use Laundry Powders.
High Chair & Pack 'n Play
High chair and Pack 'n Play are available by request only. Please request at least 48 hours prior to your stay, subject to availability.

If a pet becomes a nuisance, including excessive barking, or poses a threat to other residents or guests, you may be required to remove the pet or your reservation may be canceled without refund.
