Beautifully Designed Studio with Lots of Natural Light

First, I love the location of the property. I also love that it had all the amenities that I needed a washer dryer air conditioning heater which really made things very convenient and comfortable for me.

I personally did not dislike anything about the property, but my friends complained that there wasn’t enough parking, but the property itself was great

El alojamiento esta situado en el mejor sitio posible, no esta en el centro pero a 5 minutos andando. solo tienes que cruzar un puente antiguo y bonito para llegar al centro. La finca es totalmente nuevo y el piso tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda y agradable. La cocina esta equipada. Me encantaron las ventanas y el techo alto. El piso tiene mucha luz dado que tiene toda ventana en un lado. La cama es muy cómoda que para mi es lo mas importante. El supermercado Consum esta abajo (literalmente el bajo de a lado) en frente hay un bar/restaurante donde se puede comer muy bien con un precio razonable. El hecho que no hay llaves y se abre la puerta con el móvil es genial y las instrucciones eran muy bien detalladas y explicadas. Se puede contactar con una persona por chat por si hace falta. En total unos de los mejores alojamientos que he reservado por booking. Lo recomiendo 100% .

This place is perfect for holidays or work trips. I work remotely and we found it very pleasant to stay indoors. The apartment is very bright and quiet, we haven’t experienced any noise or disturbance. The windows are very good quality and isolate everything. We also found it very clean and have not noticed any dirt as written in previous reviews. It was impeccable. The check in procedure is very easy and the app works amazing. It’s very comfortable to not have to carry keys around and open everything with your phone. Very modern. The hosts are very helpful and have been in contact with us 24/7. Very recommended

Die Lage ist wirklich gut, fussläufig erreicht man den Consum und die Bushaltestelle sind auch in der Nähe. Ca 8 Minuten geht man in die Altstadt.

Es ist Nachts sehr laut. Der Müll wird Nachts abgeholt und die Leute schmeissen auch Nachts Leere Flaschen in den Container. Am Wochenende sind Partyleute etwas lauter unterwegs. Der Teppich ist voller Flecken und sieht ranzig aus. Die kleine Couch ist unbequem. Zum schminken fehlt ein Schminkspiegel, da das Licht im Bad nicht ideal ist. 20€ für Hygieneartikel ectr. ist völlig übertrieben. Wenn man 2 Wochen bleibt, kommt man mit 4 Toilettenpapier Rollen nicht hin. Für die Spülmaschine gab 4 Reinigung Taps und ich habe um einen Eimer und Schrubber bitten müssen, um das Apartment reinigen zu können. Es gibt kein Schneidebrett, daher ist es schwierig etwas zu auf Tellern schneiden zu müssen. Die Dusche ist nicht dicht und musste immer aufgewaschen werden. Obwohl sie repariert wurde, war es besser aber leider nicht wirklich dicht. Der Aufzug hat teilweise sehr unangenehm gerochen ( man konnte ihn deswegen nicht nutzen ) und ich musste dem Hausmeister ( nach 2 Tagen erst gesehen ) erst darauf aufmerksam machen. Leider gab es nur 5 Kaffee Pads und im Consum konnte man passende für die Maschine nicht finden.
