Classy Studio Apartment with Unique Design

Sehr gute Ausstattung, gerade für einen längeren Aufenthalt, ist alles da. Die Lage ist perfekt, zentral, aber nicht überlaufen von Touristen. Kissen waren sehr gemütlich, Pluspunkt!

Die Sofabezüge dürfen gerne gewaschen werden, ansonsten sehr sauber.

The location right North of the Serranos Gate (5-8 minutes by foot) grants you a close distance to the old town. There is a supermarket right around the corner. The accommodation is in mint condition and supplies you with everything you need for a longer stay (two full weeks in my case). The bed is comfortable, the bathroom and kitchen working fine and without problems. The air condition is a blessing during the hot days. There is no room service, but if you need new towels or bedsheets you can write the hosts and will receive those on the very next day (for a small fee). For opening the door you need an app which is working reliably and you don't need to care about a key to carry around. Just make sure your mobile phone does not run out of energy! ;)

Of course, some kind of room service (at least after one week) would have been great, but it's clearly stated that there is none, so I think it's fair. Other than that I cannot think of anything to improve.

Appartement, Ausstattung und Lage waren gut.

Die sehr hakelige Online-Anmeldeprozedur hat uns den Start mächtig verhagelt. So übel wurden wir noch nie hingehalten, bis wir endlich die Zugangscodes zu Haus und Raum hatten. Auch ein Handtuchwechsel wurde von uns bezahlt aber nicht geliefert. Sehr gästefeindlicher Service. Das muss man sich nicht bieten lassen!
