Dreckige Fenster und Balkon. Keine Anleitung für die sehr ungewöhnlich zu öffnende Balkontür. Keine Info erhalten wo sich der checkin befindet + sehr schlechte Erläuterung zur Tiefgarage.

Great location next to the river and crossing the street you are immediately on the main promenade. New modern apartments with much attention to details. Large balcony overlooking the old part of the town. Great private gym.
Sauna requires advance reservation and because it is shared with more buildings and permanent residents, it is hardly possible to make a reservation. Perhaps accommodation can ensure availability of certain slots for folks attending URC or create online portal for guests to make it more transparent and easier.

Good location
Apartment lacked lots of basic utensils for cooking and not full set of plates etc Broken dining chair Dog barking across hallway . Residents went out most nights left it home alone to bark and wake our baby . Spoke to Blue mandarin staff she was clearly uninterested and night porter at block 10 only marginally better .
