A restless and uncomfortable stay due to excessive noise, lack of privacy. Clean and good location.

The location was good and the apartment was clean.

My stay was significantly affected by the noise levels. The room’s windows and balcony door faced a busy street where cars sped by at all hours of the night, making it extremely difficult to sleep. Unfortunately, there was no air conditioning in the room, and closing the windows for quiet made the space unbearably stuffy. Additionally, the balcony was shared with neighboring rooms, which compromised privacy and added to the overall discomfort. The Breakfast was very poor.

Nice clean apartment in a very nice neighbourhood

The location was perfect, very short walk to the center of Gdansk and major attractions in the center, not too far from the train station. The apartment is brand new, spacious enough for up to 3 adults, there is a sofa bed for the 3rd person. The kitchen is functional and has all the utensils needed. The bathroom is spacious and clean. The apartment complex is a quiet area and we felt very safe at all times. Access is also very secure, you need a code to get into the building and the apartment has 2 locks.

There is no AC, so we kept the patio door slightly open to let cool air in. On hotter days I can imagine it will get uncomfortable. There are two rooms which have been built in one apartment, the rooms are separated and have their own locked door/entrance, but you can hear some noise from the other room, not to the level that it bothered us but this is something to note.

Really nice place to stay.

The apartment is in the very heart of Gdansk and close to the public transportation, if somebody wants to explore a city beyond the Old Town. It's fairly small (but totally ok for two people to be comfortable) and clean place, with a nice roomy balcony. Customer service of Flatbook was excellent! There was something important missing when I came, and the item was delivered in less than 30 minutes from my call. I highly recommend the place!

It's not really a dislike, maybe a small inconvenience. The apartment is missing a little things which may be useful during a longer stay, such as scissors, some kitchen clothes, etc. It was also prepared in terms of supplies for rather a short stay, not for a week. It's by no means a deal breaker, and I still totally recommend it. Managers are very responsive and accommodating, so I'm sure they would deliver more supplies if asked.

Easter break

The bed in main bedroom is exceptionally comfortable as is the sofabed in the living room. The apartment was spotless and is situated in a great location.

Nothing really to dislike. Our family of 5 stayed in the apartment for 6 days. Perhaps supply a tea towel for drying dishes!

Nice and cozy apartment with short distance to historical centre

Location is really nice. The interior of the apartment is modern and cozy. The pictures from website is corresponding with the interior of the apartment.

Some kitchen utilities were missing, for example cutting board. Tourist fee were not charged directly during the booking, we were asked to leave the fee money, taking into account that we did not use any cash during our trip it was a challenge.

Jag gillade verkligen lägenheten, ren, bekväm och perfekt läge. Personalen via telefon var väldigt hjälpsam. Åker jag igen ska gärna boka samma igen! Perfekt!

Jag trodde att det finns duschartiklar på plats men så var inte fallet. Jag smsade att fråga och fick svar att det finns i badrummet men var ingenting där. Vi köpte egna när vi var ute på stan så vi brydde oss inte mycket om det .Annars som sagt allt var bara bra, vi är väldigt nöjda,hög rekommenderar!

Super lokalizacja skorzystamy w przyszłości . Czysto i blisko wszędzie.kilka uwag na minus poniżej ,ale położenie rekompensuje wszystko .jest naprawdę blisko wszędzie pieszo,taxi ,komunikacja miejska.restauracje,żabka,sklepy etc.

Kubełkowe śniadania ,mimo wszystko nie wzieliśmy .samemu można ogarnąć fajne śniadanko.brak mikrofali. express do kawy : kapsułek tylko 2ie szt .na 5dni -na 4 osoby.(Bez informacji gdzie kupić więcej ) Balkon współdzielony z drugim mieszkaniem-w zimie to nie przeszkadzało w ogóle , Chociaż w lecie na pewno będzie. mógłby być drugi tv w sypialni np.pod dzieci .bo nie chciały iść wcześniej spać :)sofa w salonie nie wygodna(jako dodatkowe miejsce do spania)jest bo jest ,po 2ch nockach z 5 już naprawdę było niewygodnie !ale łóżko w sypialni bardzo wygodne. brak worków na śmieci przynajmniej kilku... Brak ulotek z lokalnych gdańskich atrakcji ,generalnie bez internetu jak ktoś jest pierwszy raz nie wiadomo gdzie i jak skąd zacząć zwiedzanie.rodzina 2+2.

Pobyt był absolutnie fantastyczny! Apartament czysty, pachnący i bardzo komfortowy — dokładnie taki, jak na zdjęciach, a nawet lepszy. Lokalizacja idealna: wszędzie blisko, a jednocześnie cicho i spokojnie. Łóżka wygodne, spało się jak w hotelu pięciogwiazdkowym. Kontakt z obsługą szybki i bardzo uprzejmy. To miejsce od razu daje poczucie, że ktoś naprawdę dba o gości. Chętnie wrócę ponownie!

Trudno znaleźć coś, co mogłoby się nie podobać — wszystko było na bardzo wysokim poziomie.

Идеальное местоположение в шаге от центра в современном жилом комплексе Бесконтактное заселение, все инструкции четкие и понятные, быстрые ответы от администрации апартаментов Во время проживания возникла проблема (забитый слив в душе, не уходила вода). Этот вопрос был решен буквально за 20 минут, пришел сотрудник и все прочистил Апартаменты хорошо укомплектованы техникой и посудой, что добавило комфорта Уютно, стильно, чисто Много мест хранения, можно удобно разложить вещи Прямо в доме минимаркет Жабка, в 10 минутах супермаркет Бедронка

Минусы весьма условные: Не хватило мусорных пакетов, на неделю на 4 гостей одного запасного пакета мало Нет порошка для стирки. Это не то, что будешь покупать в отпуске Был поздний заезд, хотелось бы иметь подготовленные спальные места для всех гостей. Диван пришлось ночью заправлять самостоятельно, хотя была договоренность о заправленном диване Не закрывающееся постельное белье, ни пуговиц, ни молний, общее одеяло вылезает из пододеяльника Окна выходят хоть и не на оживленную улицу, но на дорогу, покрытую брусчаткой. Редкий проезд авто гулко разносится шумом, стоит учесть это, если вы любите спать в тишине с открытым окном (при закрытых окнах отличная звукоизоляция) Во время ветра свистит вентиляция. Не знаю, возможно ли это как-то вообще исправить

Suihkun kaivo ei vetänyt kunnolla, ei kuitenkaan iso juttu. Lisäksi vuodevaatteita ei ollut sohvalla nukkujille kaapeissa etc. mutta pärjäsimme.

Mieszkanie w ścisłym centrum a jednocześnie cicho i spokojnie. Nowoczesne i nowe. Czyściutko, komfortowo. Wszystko co potrzebne na wyposażeniu, nowe meble, wygodne łóżko. Pojemna szafa. Duży telewizor. Super pobyt

Brak sztućców na wyposażeniu co jest zaskakujące biorąc pod uwagę, że byłaby to najtańsza rzecz w tak ładnie urządzonym mieszkaniu. Na minus brak ekspresu do kawy, gdzie był on podany na bookingu jako udogodnienie. W szafce instrukcja do niego a ekspresu niestety nie było. Nie są to jednak duże minusy, które zmniejszałyby komfort wypoczynku. Apartament to mieszkanie podzielone na pół więc trzeba liczyć się z tym, że można trafić na głośnych sąsiadów.

Komfortowy apartament

Piękny, nowoczesny apartament, bardzo dobrze wyposażony i w świetnej lokalizacji.

Niestety kontakt z właścicielem był słaby. Otrzymaliśmy błędne informacje dotyczące parkingu, w efekcie długo chodząc po podziemnym garażu (z osobami starszymi i małym dzieckiem) szukając miejsca, do którego ostatecznie nie mieliśmy dostępu. Właściciel nie poczuł się zobowiązany przeprosić lub znaleźć rozwiązania.

Apartament czysty, schludny, estetyczny i nowoczesny. Pobyt bardzo komfortowy.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Bardzo blisko do centrum i głownych atrakcji, ale nie na tyle by czuć się, jak uczestnik wieczortów panieńskich i kawalerskich :-) ciche i kameralne apartamenty 10 minut spacerem od centrum. Apartament czysty, schludny, nowczesny, bardzo dobrze wyposażony we wszystkie sprzęty. W przypadku ponownej wizyty w Gdańsku nie będę szukać nic nowego - to mieszkanie spełnia wszystkie oczekiwania :-) Instrukcje dotyczące przyjazdu, odbioru kluczy i inne organizacyjne bez probelmu. Bardzo polecam.

W apartamencie przydałby się jakić płyn czyszczący np. do szyb (dla wygodnego przetarcia stołu, lustra, itd) oraz w kuchni ręcznik kuchenny/ścierka kuchenna (nie mylić z ręcznikiem papierowym). Ale to może być wyłąćznie moja kobieca fanaberia ;-) poza tym apartament wyposażony we wszystkie niezbędne sprzęty i przedmioty użutku domowego.

Mieszkanie fajne.

Fajna lokalizacja

Nie działał pilot od bramy garażowej, nie działał kod do drzwi. O ile kod do drzwi nie stanowił problemu bo były klucze to wjazd i wyjazd do garażu oznaczał czekanie na kogoś kto też wjeżdża i otworzy. Pościel w kanapie była bruda, ale przyszedł.pan z obsługi i zamienił na czyściutką i pachnącą.

Apartament położony w samym sercu Gdańska – idealna lokalizacja! Wnętrze czyste i zadbane, a obsługa bardzo pomocna i zaangażowana – zameldowanie przebiegło sprawnie i bezproblemowo.

Mam pewne zastrzeżenia – okna były tak brudne, że odrazu po wejściu rzuciło się to w oczy . Dodatkowo zmywarka nie działała, mimo że była wskazana jako jedno z udogodnień.

Všechno bylo krásné. Úžasná lokalita kousíček od centra, apartmán vybavený k maximálně spokojenosti. Komunikace s ubytováním byla rychlá a snadná 🙂

Přístupová data k wifi bych čekala uvedená v apartmánu, bylo nutné se doptat. Informace k doplacení parkování byly také dodány až po optání. Ale komunikace byla rychlá a vše bylo vyřešeno k naší spokojenosti 🙂
