Nice place but confusing access decription and not reliable entry codes.

Nice location, clean appartment, comfortable for a couple

Description how to get to the apartment is confusing as there are two entrances with the same building number..it should be noted e.g nr 12B and not just nr12. Lost time looking in another location. The provided entrance codes were not reliable and incorrectly procided for the first time (needed to reach out to the owner for help). Twice the main building code didn't work and needed to wait for sombodey who lives there to let us in.

Not able to stay in apartment as could not get in

We did not stay there as we were unable to get into the apartment as the key pad did not work. We were unable to get through to the stairwell to the apartment as the code did not work, somebody let us through the door for us to find out the apartment was not on the 3 rd floor and told by the renters as it only went up to No 30 and we were advised we were in apartment 33. We were stood for 3 hrs in the cold trying to sort it out with the people in the phone to no avail and had to book another apartment at around 3.00 in the morning having travelled all day at our own expense

Great Stay in Gdansk

The location is great, next to rhe marina/canals and a short walk to city centre. There are supermarket and restaurants around, so you can find food and drinks easily. The communication with the hosts were great, they sent several emails with all important information like house codes etc. The apartment itself was lovely and quiet. It had a fridge and microwave if you wanted to use them.

The stay overall was great, but couple of things could be improved. Our major issue were the pillows, they were quite soft so sleep was not the most comfortable. It would be good to provide a couple more in the closet. Small issue was that toiletries (shampoo/shower gel) were not provided, which is ok for an apartment, but the booking stated that they were included. Other than that the apartment was great and our stay lovely. Thank you!

Terrible experience

Location, clean, value for money

On arriving they provided mismatched address information with three different addresses without precise house number for main property, so I spent over 2 hours searching for them. Their agency is a kind of real estate agency and they didn't inform me about it on Booking. Also none of their provided phone numbers was answering. When I found them and explained the issues, they refused to exuse few times and just smiled. When I was leaving, they told me to bring the keys to their office. Office was closed on Sunday and again they didn't answer the phones and were not answering on Booking as well. I had to call booking to UK and Booking also didn't succeed to reach agency. Also it was only hot water in the shower and no way to adjust it... And of course property owners were not answering to solve the problem.

overall wasn’t happy with my stay. had to leave one of my own towels as the whole bathroom flooded after every shower. p

location was great

shower drain was clogged, washing machine was locked, stove was locked, in the add this was all included. about 50 flies were in the room when we checked in. very hard to sleep when there’s flies sitting on your face. every time we showered the bathroom flooded as the Drain was clogged and the door seals were useless. other than that wasn’t too bad. air conditioning worked well.

Kod do klatki mam wrażenie że zmieniał się co godzinę co chwilę problem. podany kod nie działał obsługa podała kod który powinien być prawidłowy natomiast nie działał jakaś przypadkowa pani podała nam kod który zadziałał po czym następnego dnia znowu nie działał i znowu przypadkowa osoba podała nam jeszcze inny kod i ponownie ta sama sytuacja trochę kabaret.

Fajny apartament w dobrej lokalizacji

Lokalizacja świetna Blisko wszystkich atrakcji. Okolica spokojna. Miejsce parkingowe w cenie noclegu i to w podziemnym garażu Rewelacja. Dobry kontakt telefoniczny i na czacie.

Pomimo dobrego kontaktu na czacie, moje pytanie o wcześniejszy dostęp do apartamentu pozostało bez odpowiedzi. Kod do drzwi był odblokowany o godz. 15.00 i zablokowany o 11.00 w dniu wyjazdu. Co oczywiście było zgodne z informacją o godz. rozpoczęcia doby hotelowej. Jednak bardzo miłym ukłonem i na pewno docenionym na plus byłaby możliwość wcześniejszego wejścia do apartamentu. Szczególnie gdy podróżuje się pociągiem z dziećmi. Taki gest spowodowałby ,że chętnie bym wracała do wynajmu mieszkań od waszej firmy. Na tą chwilę będę szukała w innych miejscach ,gdzie jeśli jest taka możliwość to zostanę wcześniej zakwaterowana.( tu teoretycznie była bo czekałam od 10.00 nikt nie opuścił lokalu i nikt w tym dniu go nie sprzątał)

na duży plus lokalizacja. Apartamentowi nie można nic zarzucić, czystość oraz wyposażenie ok.

numer apartamentu nie odpowiada numerowi mieszkania, w związku z czym dostanie się do apartamentu jest utrudnione. apartament o numerze 43 jest tak naprawdę mieszkanie chyba o numerze 58, które znajduje się w zupełnie innej klatce. Zarządca apartamentu, zupełnie niepotrzebnie podaje nr - w moim przypadku 12/43 - ponieważ jest to mylące. Dodatkowo miałem zarezerwowany parking. Jak się okazało kluczy do parkingu nie było w skrytce - ktoś dostarczył je późnej. Na wyznaczanym dla mnie miejscu ktoś parkował samochód, więc tez było to jakimś utrudnieniem. Niby można zaparkować na miejscu obok no ale nigy nie wiadomo czy nie zabierze się komuś innemu miejsca. Miejsca porwinny być zabezpieczone jakimś składanymi słupkami - wtedy nie było by problemu.

Labai prastai , kainos ir kokybės santykis neatitinka.

Likome su sugadinta nuotaika ir sugaištu laiku. 1.Atvykus negalėjome įvažiuoti į garažą , nors buvo rašoma , kad privažiavus prie vartų jie atsidarys, bet reikėjo pultelio, kurio mes neturėjome , laukėme ilgai kol kažkas iš namo gyventojų važiuos ir mus įleis į garažą. 2.Atėjus prie apartamentų durų , nebuvo galima įeiti į vidų , el.laiškų buvo atsiųsta daug , bet mums reikalinga info ir kodu nebuvo ,stovėjome prie durų , kol prisiskambinome ir sukūrė kodą, ( sako tikrai pamiršome atsiųsti jums buto durų kodą ) tai užtruko. Įėjimas į apartamentus su 3 skirtingais kodais, kaip slapčiausiam bunkery …3.Ryte skubėjome į susitikimą , vėl parkinge prastovėjome daug laiko kol namo gyventojai išleido , vėlavome į susitikimą… pultelio nuo garažo taip niekas ir neatvežė. 4. Duše neįmanoma buvo praustis , nes vanduo bėgo verdantis ir labai karštas, sugedęs kranas..5. Rankšluosčiai su skylėmis. 6. Patalynėje plaukai. 7. Kavos aparatas yra bet kapsulių nėra , laidai atviri… 8. Pilnas butas musyčių .Už tokius pinigus ką sumokėjome mes tai tragedija , sugadintos atostogos. Esam labai nusivylę ,neatitinka kainos ir kokybės.

Polecam jako baza wypadowa i noclegowa.

Świetna lokalizacja. Apartament idealny dla Pary jako baza noclegowa. W aneksie kuchennym wszystko co trzeba do przygotowania śniadania. Duże łóżko, dużo punktów oświetlenia, duża łazienka jak na tą wielkość apartamentu. Apartament 34 jest od strony dziedzińca więc jest cichutko pomimo samego centrum. W dworca również dobry dojazd jednym tramwajem i 5 min spacerem.

Bardzo zniszczone ręczniki z dziurami- mega nieestetyczna sprawa. Prześcieradło było za małe, ściągało się co noc, było również bardzo cienkie przez co było czuć kuleczki na materacu. Okno nie dało otworzyć uchylnie. Na koniec minusów napiszę że kontakt przez Booking nie istnieje - nie odpowiadacie Państwo na wiadomości jedyna wasza odpowiedź to „proszę cierpliwie czekać na odpowiedź” jest to stresujące … a dziwne bo moja prośba o dostawienie krzesła została spełniona ;) więc brak odpowiedzi z waszej strony ale za to prośba spełniona :)

Duże, czyste mieszkanie, blisko centrum. Brak darmowego parkingu.

Ładne, duże mieszkanie. Dobrze wyposażone, dodatkowa toaleta to duży atut. Czysto, wygodne łóżka. Blisko centrum, tuż duży plac zabaw dla starszych i młodszych dzieci.

Chaos komunikacyjny - bardzo dużo wiadomości mailowych, w których są sprzeczne informacje. Kod do elektronicznego zamka do mieszkania nie działał. Brak miejsca parkingowego - można zaparkować przed budynkiem na miejscach tylko dla mieszkańców. Znalezienie wolnego miejsca graniczy z cudem, a dodatkowo można narazić się na nieprzychylne komentarze mieszkańców. Zdecydowanie nie można tego podciągać pod darmowy parking. Tuż obok strefa gdzie rano jest sporo miejsc, ale wieczorami wszystko się zapełnia.

Die Zimmer, vor allem das Badezimmer waren nicht sauber. Der Eindruck entstand, dass schon längere Zeit nicht richtig gereinigt wurde. Aufgrund der Lage war es natürlich auch Nachts sehr laut.

Pobyt udany, polecamy apartament - jest b. komfortowy.

Wszystko nam się podobało - miejscówka super, będziemy polecali. W tv dużo kanałów - to się rzadko zdarza; w łazience bardzo wygodna i duża kabina, wszystko na biało - tak lubimy; do dyspozycji 4 duże ręczniki i jeden mały - na tydzień w sam raz; w kuchni wszystko, co potrzebne, był nawet express i kilka kapsułek, więc miałam kawę extra (po raz pierwszy piłam taką kawę - już mam plan na zakup sprzętu); wifi działało świetnie - korzystaliśmy cały czas; jeśli chodzi o parking (apartament nr 46), przyjechaliśmy późnym wieczorem, i akurat mieliśmy wolne miejsce pod samym oknem - za darmo, bez rejestracji i rezerwacji, po prostu tak, jak normalnie w domu. Pod oknem pralnia z suszarnią (koszt prania z suszeniem do sucha - 42 zł), kosz na śmieci (łatwo i szybko można pozbyć się śmieci). Winda pod drzwiami, 4. piętro. Czyściutko w apartamencie i w okolicy, w ogóle okolica apartamentów, więc jest i ochrona, i kamery, można czuć się bezpiecznym! To mi się bardzo podobało. Niedaleko Biedronka, Żabki, stragan z owocami i warzywami (czereśnie pycha!), bardzo blisko atrakcji Gdańska, miejsc historycznych oraz Filharmonii (codziennie koncerty!). W apartamencie są 2 pokoje, można spokojnie z dzieckiem, z dziećmi jechać. W tym drugim pokoju jest nawet biurko z lampką, więc można pracować zdalnie. Stolik z krzesłami w salonie był bardzo wygodny. W ogóle wszystko było super w apartamwencie.

Jedyny mały minusik - troszkę głośno od ulicy, ale mam lekki sen i ja to odczułam. Innym może to wcale nie przeszkadzać. Polecam ten apartament nr 46.

Bardzo utrudniony kontakt z obsługą klienta, pomimo zapewnionego bezpłatnego miejsca parkingowego obsługa chciała pobrać dodatkową opłatę, kilkakrotnie nieprawidłowe dane do schowka na pilot do bramy garażowej, brak podanego kodu do klatki schodowej, do tej pory pomimo usilnych próśb brak faktury za pobyt.

Tragedia! Unikać jak ognia!

Brak parkingu mimo iż rezerwowałem, pani miała ustalić i oddzwonić, nie zrobiła tego. Rezerwowałem ten apartament ze względu na parking. W apartamencie i przedsionku smród przez cały pobyt 5 dni! Faktury nie dostałem do dziś mimo iż pisałem kilkukrotnie z prośbą o wystawienie. Niestety nie polecam
