Duży , przestronny apartament. Dobrze wysprzątany po poprzednich lokatorach. Piękny widok na rzekę. Idealna lokalizacja. Miejsce parkingowe w garażu podziemnym.
Nam osobiście nie przeszkadzało to bardzo , ale widać już delikatne ślady użytkowania , głównie pęknięte i podrapane ściany w kilku miejscach , przydałoby się pomyśleć o lekkim odświeżeniu ;)

Świetna lokalizacja, podziemny parking w cenie apartamentu, czystość, wystrój, wyposażenie.
Wszystko było idealnie, jednakże przydała by się wycieraczka pod drzwiami o tej porze roku 😉

Die tolle Lage.
Das Appartment dürfte nur für 2 Personen vermietet werden. In der Anzeige ist das Appartment für bis zu 4 Personen buchbar. Das 2te Bett ist nur ein Ausziehsofa was knarrt und durchgelegen ist. Unsere Tochter ( 17 Jahre ) hat dort geschlafen. Hier könnten keinenfalls 2 Personen schlafen. Die Matratze im Schlafzimmer müsste ebenfalls ausgetauscht werden. Sie ist viel zu weich und durchgelegen. Wenn man im Wohnzimmer schläft ist die Lüftung und der Kühlschrank zu laut. Küchenausstattung mangelhaft. z.b. fehlendes Besteck. Keine telefonische Erreichbarkeit der Vermietungsagentur. Sehr schlechte Vorab Check- In Information. Keine Info zu der Parksitutation. Es wurde am 24.03.2025 das Appartment gebucht und bereits am 26.03.2025 die komplette Summe von meinem Konto abgebucht. Angesagt war eine Testbuchung und nicht die komplette Zahlung 5 Monate im Voraus.
