Apartment in the heart of the city center

Clean apartment and great location. Walking distance to everywhere we want to go! Downside for us was no elevator coz we had a big luggage, but if you only have hand carry bag then it's no problem at all. We would definitely come back!

Lovely apartment in a great location.

Location is great for being in the city centre (just a few steps from the Main Street, river and old town sites. The apartment is much bigger than I expected and has everything you need.

With the great centre location comes a lot of noise from stag parties and hen dos. There were a few in the same building as us and they were loud. Normally for us it wouldn’t be a problem, but now we have a baby it was a little too loud at night.

Beautiful apartment in the centre of the city

The apartments are perfectly located right next to the river end of the Długi Targ, the main historical street / square in Gdańsk. It was very easy to reach the apartment by train and tram, but you could also take a taxi or Uber. There are so many nice shopping areas, churches, attractions, restaurants, bars and cafes to choose from within a stone's throw of the apartments. Our apartment was beautifully designed and felt bright and fresh. It was well furnished with every convenience you would need for your stay, including a washing machine, dishwasher and well-stocked kitchen. The bed was comfy and the apartment overall was very spacious; it felt like a home away from home, by the end of our stay we were very sad to leave! Our host Magdalena was incredibly helpful, kind and very responsive - the access code for the door was a little confusing but we reached out to Magdalena and got a very quick response. Having codes on both the main access door from the street and our apartment door made it feel very secure and safe. For the price we paid, the apartment was great value and we would definitely stay again - thank you Magdalena!

The only drawback was the noise that came from the club located directly below our apartment, which seemed to be open every night of our stay, and played extremely loud bassy music. You could also hear the dancers walking around in heels, and people shouting in the street until the early hours, before the street cleaners came around 6/7am. However if you are a heavier sleeper, or don't mind sleeping with earplugs in, this shouldn't be a big issue.

Fantastiic location

Perfect location on the lower level. Fantastic view from our window and very close to the main square and all the restaurants. Magdelena couldn’t do enough for us She kept in touch prior to travel and organised our taxis and our boat trip for us. She made our stay very welcome and memorable.

The bathroom and shower was very small and because we are situated in the city we heard a lot of load music at night.

Trying to enter the apartment was a bit tricky. The key lock on the door is quite temperamental, you have to make sure that you have actually pressed the correct button and the back light has lit up.

A great property that would benefit from some simple upgrades to increase comfort.

Fantastic location with great view of the riverside area.

Unfortunately, the facilities were not in good condition: the toilet seat (half missing) and drawers under the sink were broken, apparently due to previous guests; but these could have been fixed before or during our stay. It would have been nice to have some basic toiletries (soap and shampoo) or at least a note that these are not provided. There were no coat hooks or a cabinet for hanging clothes. The WiFi router also could not connect to our devices or the televisions in the apartment. The owners replied to our messages but did not offer to help fix the problems (aside from telling us to restart the router).

Overall a very clean and fresh apartment with a great location but the beds are really small

The location is perfect if you want to be right in the middle of everything. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed (except enough toiletpaper so we had to buy some more...). We booked the apartment with the big kitchen and it was cool even if it was very warm outside. My parents had the apartment with view over the river and their room was much hotter.

The beds are really tiny for two people if you are used to sleeping in a 180cm doublebed. We didnt measure it but we think the bed was about 140cm and me and my boyfriend felt like we were almost going to fell out of the bed when we were laying in it. Also there was very loud noices from the apartments next to us and on the third night we discovered that there is a "gentlemens club" located just next door so maybe that´s why there was music playing until about 4.30 in the morning... We are not big fans of this kinds of clubs but if you are you cant come any closer than this. There is a lot of "backgroundnoice" from the street outside so this is not the place for you if you need it to be really quiet to be able to fall asleep. One more thing worth mentioning that´s not a big deal but nice to know is that you need to bring your own kitchentowel;)

A great location for old town but a little disappointed with the apartment

The ease of getting into the apartment and the fantastic location. Very spacious apartment

Various damage to items on arrival also quite dusty in areas. Bathroom mirror wasn't clean, tv in the bedroom didn't work due to batteries being flat in remote. Various blinds in the apartment broken with the bits left on the window sill.

Perfect location!

Closer than this to Dlugi targ and the river is almost not possible!! We hade a couple of very nice days in beautiful Gdansk. At first we had some difficulties in getting the code to the streetdoor to work. We where happy to find both water and Coke in the fridge! We gladly used the washingmachine after almost a week on the roads. The noice from partying people in the streets was quite loud, but with ”plug” in ears we managed to sleep with window open. (It was otherwise to hot). We parked at a ”gated” parkingspot that was a 10-15 min walk away.

It was a couple of very warm days! A fan would have been highly appriciated! You got to have strong legs and good health 😜 Many stairs to climb. It would have been a LOT easier if instructions to the washingmachine was available in english to.

The apartment was very hot ...we opened up the windows and got some air circulation but in the summer I can imagine it might be uncomfortable for some people. We didn't mind.

Piacevole, si puo' fare meglio!

La posizione centralissima, l'arredamento dell'appartamento molto curato ( sicuramente tutto ben studiato da un architetto )..peccato che chi segue la manutenzione dell'appartamento e gli accessori interni in dotazione dalle pentole al bollitore non ne abbiano la dovuta cura. Meriterebbe piu' punti se fosse gestito meglio. Non e' una carenza della proprietà ma sicuramente dall'agenzia che segue le prenotazioni, la pulizia, ecc.. Il letto matrimoniale molto piccolo..stretto per due persone. Sembrava una piazza e mezza. La proprietà comunque e' stata molto gentile e disponile, mantenendo contatti veloci e precisi.

il rumore notturno dei locali limitrofi, ( sotto c'e' un pub aperto fino a tarda notte) il bollitore inutilizzabile in quanto pieno di calcare( consiglio la sostituzione ), il piatto cottura molto difficile da utilizzare,(abbiamo dovuto cercare le istruzioni prendendo il modello e cercando su internet) poche pentole e veramente poco pratica l'apertura della porta dell'appartamento con codice lunghissimo che abbiamo fatto riprogrammare. La mancanza della chiave dell'appartamento gestito a codice rende lunga l'apertura della porta..con codici da tenere a mente con simboli da digitare oltre a numeri ....Manca l'aria condizionata per chi soggiorna in estate un problema visto che i locali vicini impedirebbero l'apertura delle finestre causa rumore, schiamazzi ecc.. fino a tarda notte. Anche il portone interno non facile da aprire se non digitando velocissimamente i codici dati in dotazione. L'appartamento e' al terzo piano, qualche scala da fare...occhio se avete problemi ! Il televisore senza programmi internazionali.
