New building, good location

view to construction site, no balcony, car parking expensive

The apartment is quite new, it was very clean, and close to the centre. (about a 15 min walk) The kitchen and the bathroom is well equipped. (washing machine, soaps, dishwasher, pans, cups, glasses, french press coffer maker). We also chose this apartment because of the free parking spot in the garage. It was very nice and quiet.

The mattress was way to soft for us. Barely supperted our back as a quality mattress should. It would be great, if there would be some capsules for washing, as there is for the dishwasher. (But it is stated that they can't provide it, so it wasn't a suprise) Maybe some spices for cooking would be also great, but there is a Lidl and Zabka nearby. As it is a newly built part of the city, located at old industrial territories, there are no cafes there, only by a few minutes walk distance. It was a bit tricky to find that part of the buliding from where we could get to the apartment, but it was max. 10 minutes.

Lokalizacja blisko Starówki niesie ze sobą problemy z parkowaniem, a gospodarz obiektu w żaden sposób nie wyjaśnił w jaki sposób skorzystać z płatnego podziemnego parkingu, pilotem otwierał się tylko szlaban wjazdowy na teren osiedla. Goście parkowali na dzikim parkingu w błocie pomiędzy kałużami. Daleko do komunikacji miejskiej. Mimo noclegu na trzy osoby dostępne były tylko dwa komplety ręczników. Tragiczna kanapa do spania dla trzeciej osoby.
