The view was stunning, easy to find , lovely cottage, really enjoyed all of it. The hottub was perfect and I didn’t think I could love a bathroom so much🤣! Can’t wait to come back!

I recently stayed at this lovely cottage, and it was everything I hoped for and more. From the moment I arrived, the place felt incredibly welcoming — the kind of spot where you instantly relax and feel at home. The cottage itself is beautifully kept, full of charm, and clearly cared for with real attention to detail.
The highlight, though, has to be the views. Waking up to Snowdonia’s dramatic peaks right outside the window was nothing short of magical. Whether it was early morning light on the mountains or the peaceful evenings settling in, the scenery made the stay unforgettable.
If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat with breathtaking surroundings and a warm, inviting atmosphere, this cottage is a perfect choice. I’d happily return in a heartbeat.
Dinorwic Slate Quarry is near and has some breathtaking views.
I can't think of anything!!! You need to be able to walk to get places but a beutiful Welsh pub close that makes great hearty Welsh food. I would also recommend Caffi Cabin Cafe (great breakfast with amazing views) and Y Glyntwrog Inn for lunch (Hearty Welsh Lunch)

Location was fab only ten minute drive from the mountain if you’re climbing like we were.
It was extremely clean, and had all you needed to cook. The hot tub was fantastic, perfect after a 9 hour hike! The view from the living room, kitchen, hot tub, was incredible! The bed was super comfy, and the shower was lush.
There is a door in the kitchen with no lock on the outside but it was locked from the inside, and it could be accessed by the back door by the owners,,,meaning they could enter the house at any point. For two women staying, we didn’t feel comfortable with that. Especially after the owner told us that he collects bodies from the mountain. It did make us very uncomfortable. Plus they had cameras all around the property so it felt very uncomfortable. But don’t let this put you off, it’s just how we felt.
