Beautiful charming cosy stay nestled in a quiet Welsh holding with stunning views

Charming cosy property set in beautiful location with gorgeous views. The cows and calves came right up to the fence to greet us every day. The house was full of lovely antiques making it feel like a real home from home! The owners were incredible! So friendly and thoughtful! From the blankets left on the chairs, to the masses of towels provided to the hugely generous welcome hamper! Even left fresh milk in the fridge! Just so so lovely! Everything we wanted to see was just a short drive so we loved being a little bit tucked away with an excuse to drive through the stunning surroundings!

Big sofa was a little bit uncomfortable if you have a bad back but that was it!!!

In generl a great stay, Id like to visit again.

It is a big farm house with 3 bed rooms, an ensuite and a big dining/kitchen area. You can easily park 3 cars in the nice driveway. It is located in the Welsh countries farm area and several cows live around the farm. It is healing to see them while having a cup of coffee in the garden. The hosts were also very responsive when there was an issue and came out quickly to fix it.

The bathroom and bedroom doors do not have locks.

Extremely responsive host. Easy to collect key to enter accommodation. Welcome items like milk, eggs, welsh cakes were a fantastic touch.

Fantastic property in a great location

Beautiful property and a great location for visiting the wonderful places in North Wales, Janice and Michael are very welcoming…worth coming back again to sample Janice’s Welsh cakes!! The property is very well equipped , comfortable beds and very clean.

Peaceful private property

We loved the house was detached and private and had a little garden. Nice to have the cows and horses in fields next to property! Access to snowdon and Llanberis was perfect! Comfortable to rest after snowdon walk! Lovely treats left by owners for us! We would stay again! Thanks

Home away from home!

Brilliant locations, short drive to hikes, shops and pubs. Down a lovely lane, surrounded by lushes farm land, we loved our neighbouring herd of cows. The house felt homely and tastefully decorated, you could tell how much love and care has been put into the place - felt like a home more than your classic copy and paste holiday rental. We'd stay again in a heartbeat. The welcome hamper was the nicest touch, not to mention the delicious homemade welsh cakes! Thank you so much for having us in your fabulous home.

What an amazing place! The photos do not do it justice. The house has so much charm and had everything we could think of. The children loved it and it was so close to so many amazing places. Couldn’t recommend it enough! The hosts were very thoughtful and accommodating.

Very comfortable and homely. Well equipped. Comfy beds. Lovely host. Easy to find. Great location. Cosy. Traditional cottage. Plenty of bedding, towels etc. Ideal for visiting Llanberis and Snowdon.

Absolutely loved this place and this was our second stay to the house (because we loved our stay the first time so much!). Very reasonable prices, a lovely little hamper, very clean and the cottage is lovely! It's also just 10 minutes from Llanberis by car and easy to get up on the hill. Parking is great and dogs are allowed! Would definitely stay here again!

The property was fantastic, the house is large and accommodated five people easily. We were really happy with all the facilities, and location and the hosts were extremely helpful.

Fantatsic stay with fantastic views!

The initial welcome hamper upon arrival was a real treat for us all! The beds were so comfy and the house was set up with everything we needed. A wonderful location for peace & quiet but close to lots of activities too. After a cold walk to the Snowdon summit the open log fire was a welcome treat! The host, Janice, was just excellent too. nothing too much trouble and even kindly sponsoring us for our children’s SEN school. would stay here again for sure :)

Excellent Country Getaway

The location was brilliant for a quiet getaway. The cottage was kept very warm and we were really cosy. The lounge area was brilliant for all of us to fit in and the sofas again were comfy. The owners left us a basket of goodies which was nice to arrive to and made us feel really at home. There was a gate that led right out onto the field which was great for letting out dog out.

Some of our friends weren't keen on the shower in the bath but the one in the ensuite worked great.

My friends and I couldn't believe our luck with this place, the house itself was beautiful but also the personal touches from the host - the hamper of Welsh goodies and homemade Welsh cakes were beyond lovely. Incredible value for money as well.

Brilliant stay for New Years!

Stunning property with authentic country cottage decor and feel throughout, immaculately presented with every facility covered and more. Excellent if you have a dog like we do as the land it’s on has beautiful open spaces (his still sleeping from all the exercise!). Big rooms perfect for our family again with well provided furniture, my daughter enjoyed the desk in her room to write in her diary each day! Location is perfect if you want to be slightly away and in peace but only a 5 minute drive to local shop or pub and 15 minutes into the town, close to the llanberis pass and the pen-y-pass routes up snowdon. We had an amazing stay, Christmas tree really made it feel home from home along with the welcome basket and Prosecco to toast the new year In. We couldn’t have asked for anything more! Xx

Fantastic week in a gorgeous, spacious, character cottage

Wonderful location in the countryside with good views but also a short drive from Llanberis and Caernarfon. Gorgeous, clean, character cottage where everything just worked, no hassles whatsoever. Perfect for a relaxing week exploring Snowdonia.

Nice layout, comfortable and character, owners very friendly.

Oven wasn’t clean, a lot of the oven trays were really dirty. Cold water tap upstairs is very very loud as air must be trapped in the pipes. Woke everyone up every time tap was used in morning. Cooker top really sensitive and slow to heat up.
