Great house and location.

We loved everything about the house - space, well equipped, location etc. we were a family of 9 and used the facilities in the house - pool table, hot tub, BBQ, kitchen etc and also went out and about. The location was amazing, right next to the lake, close to a town and some nice walks around.

We loved everything but if being really fussy - the pillows were hard!

Very Comfortable

We had a 70th birthday celebrations, the house accommodated three generations. We could all sit together and also have our own space. It had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. Kitchen was well equipped, tv has Netflix etc, nice outdoor area dinning facilities and hot tub. The owner has thought of everything needed to start your self catering, NO need to rush to corner shop straight away!! Also the house was clean and the bedding comfortable. Hamper was unexpected but very welcoming. We give it a 10 out 10.

Couldn’t have wished for anything more!

We stayed at Arlyn to celebrate our mum’s 70th birthday. The house was everything we could have wished for and more! The kitchen was well equipped, there was plenty of space for the whole family and the house is only a stones throw from Padarn Lake which offers beautiful walks! The hosts were fabulous and so accommodating not only to all of our requests, but with little touches throughout the house! We hope to be back again in the future 🥰

The house was fantastic. The location was beautiful and the house was superbly equipt.

House had big bedrooms, the en-suites were ideal for a big group. Kitchen was perfect for a big family get together. The kitchen was well equipped and had plenty of storage. The location was right next to a lake, a beautiful spot for a walk. We went as extended family, kids and adults all loved the house.

Middle floor seemed to be cold compared to other floors.

Absolutely beautiful house, lovely location had everything you could possibly need. Very clean lots of room for the family. Helpful information to enjoy the area, some lovely walks and close to pubs for meals out. Thank you to the owners we were very appreciative of our stay.

Great place to stay as it is convenient and scenic. Definitely would recommend.

The location is ideal and scenic. Parking is big and fitted all our cars. Very good facilities and equipment on offer. We had all we needed.

There where issues with squeaky internal doors and some would not lock properly and we had to adapt around that. It would be great to have bigger bath towels also.

Just fabulous!

The house was amazing, well maintained and equipped for everything you need! Location was just amazing and we really enjoyed venturing out for a big walk around the lake and local area! The scenes were just fabulous! The bedrooms had everything you could need, most of which were en suite, hairdryers and towels provided! Not forgetting the lovely welcome hamper on arrival which was a lovely touch. I would highly recommend this property !

The postcode didn't take us right in front of the property. It took us to the property behind and it was such a tight road.

Exceptional

Lovely modern house with everything needed (and much more) to enjoy a comfortable stay! Lots of personal touches to the house and great location for climbing snowden, there is a bus at the end of the road which takes you so no need to drive. Will definitely come back and recommend to friends.

amazing house with views in a beautiful location

lovely location . and an amazing house . Three doubles with en-suites and three twins that shared an upstairs family bathroom. also a downstairs toilet . modern with a hot tub and outdoor table and chairs . well decorated / modern . the kitchen / diner had full length windows/ doors with view to outside . Two fridges and everything in the kitchen that you needed to cook . A pool room too !

Went with another family and my mum and we liked everything . was quite expensive £5600 for the week but then everything is after Covid ! so we thought it was worth it!

Beautiful home and wonderful family stay

Arlyn, is a beautiful and well appointed home, situated in a great spot by the lake. The house is a great size for large families to spend quality time together. Elain is a great host, really responsive and helpful! There was also a beautiful hamper waiting for us with lots of goodies to enjoy. The house is spotlessly clean and has everything you need. Thanks again for a wonderful stay. We will most certainly be back and highly recommend❤️
