Great property at a convenient location. Five large bed rooms, very large lounge and large dining area. The facilities are fantastic. Very well equipped kitchen, wood heating, BBQ etc. 12 of us enjoyed our stay.
We found rats downstairs due to which people sleeping downstairs could not sleep well. The downstairs bedroom needs a mirror as we as the downstairs toilet needs a mirror.

De locatie bij Betws y Coed was geweldig, je wandelt zo naar het dorpje, en je kunt vanaf het huis wandelingen maken naar de omgeving. Lekker veel ruimte, zeker met pubers wel zo fijn, zodat iedereen zich terug kan trekken. Wasmachine, grote keuken en koelkast, was super!
De locatie vinden was wat onduidelijk (instructie van de locatie kan beter), parkeren was lastig, naast het huis lukte mij niet ivm droogte, kuilen naar het huis en los grind (de emergency brake greep steeds in). Niet alle 2 persoonsmatrassen waren goed en sommige badkamers waren wat krap.

Spacious property in a great location
Very tired decor and very cluttered with excessive furniture Superficially clean but very dusty /dirty bathroom floor/mucky kitchen equipment -clearly only been whizzed through by cleaners Carpets threadbare Mattresses need replacing as uneven with springs popping out Sauna is in one of the bathrooms and when on heats the bedroom above to an excessive level
