Ideal location and size for our party.
Major issue with local residents over parking. Aggressive attitude, intimidation and threats of being blocked in. Allocated driveway blocked by a vehicle so forced to park near houses which upset residents. This needs urgent attention as this will surely escalate.

Size, layout and views. It was clean overall especially the kitchen ware and areas, some blood ? on coffee machine and in front utility area, but just specs and may have not been blood but did look like it. Wasn’t a worry for us, just wiped it off Otherwise was all fine
