Wi-Fi a little temperamental away from the main living area however, didn't detract too much from what was an excellent vacation.

Super location over looking the menia. Close to shops /pubs/ restaurants . Great for walks Great quirky property , spacious and well appointed
Being hyper critical (minor details) The carpets are showing their age / the oven is complicated if cooking breakfast. Perhaps the pillows need replaceing or a choice of pillow types

Very comfy beds, large property that had all amenities you need.
A bit dirty in places throughout the property. I appreciate that it’s a large property and it may not be possible to get everything done during a turnaround, but there was nothing that caused any major concern.

Quirky house that is a lot of fun, every room has something to amuse. Rock and roll football and banksy. Central location and walking distance to the best pub in town the Auckland. Perfect for a reunion. And lots of space for our party. House has absolutely everything you might need for cooking eating and drinking. A glass for every beer.
