16 Serenity Studio - Dolphin Bay

This was a lovely apartment right on the seafront and particularly convenient for the Cape Town Marathon start. The key handover information was extremely clear and accurate. No issues at all and very good comms. The apartment itself was everything you could want, spacious, clean, and very safe. Out of various windows you could see; the sea, Lion Hill, and the Green Point stadium. I'd recommend this place to anyone.

What an amazing stay! The studio is exceptionally well equipped with everything you could need. The kitchen features beautiful granite countertops, a full-size fridge/freezer, microwave, stove/oven, and even a washing machine. There is ample wardrobe space, a spacious shower, a very comfortable bed, a cosy lounge area, and a dining table. Everything was spotless, neat, tidy, and impeccably maintained. Communication from Ally was outstanding from start to finish. Everything was clearly explained, making check-in and the entire stay completely stress-free. The location is absolutely perfect. The Promenade is right in front of the building, while Green Point Park is just behind it. The V&A Waterfront is less than 3 km away and easily accessible. We even enjoyed a walk along the Promenade at 8:00 PM and felt completely safe. I would highly recommend Serenity Studio to anyone visiting Cape Town and would happily stay here again

We loved the location and the apartment was perfect in size. Clean and comfy. The block led straight onto promenade.

We could have done with extra towels because we were there for 4 nights.

The location, bed, facilities

One play, recycled toilet paper,. On the 3rd morning there was no warm water to shower with. No soap, sugar, coffee and tea. Other cheaper places have this available.
