Title: Spacious, Light & Bright on the Beachfront!!! Listing Description: Fall in love with this gorgeous and unique 1 bedroom apartment with it's spacious living areas, high ceilings, and exposed rafters! Rent a kayak, or indulge in the many restaurants and cafes right on your doorstep. Easy access to the V&A Waterfront (walking distance), as well as the CBD, and the beautiful Camps Bay & Clifton beaches. The perfect base to explore all the best that Cape Town has to offer! The Space: Open-plan living area consisting of kitchen, dining area and lounge area. The kitchen is fully equipped, and has sliding doors which can block it off from the rest of the living area. Bedroom has shutter doors which allow you to have a separate or open-plan bedroom. Separate bathroom with shower (view the ocean whilst showering!) Tranquil environment hence we opted for no TV amenity.

This place was definitely beautiful, amazing view , great and central location.
Communication was very bad with Propr, check in instructions were not clear, they told me to go to the property and someone would check me in whoever I arrived there and there was no one . After callingjj by I was told to go to a different location to pick the key up. I was told that the apartment had parking but actually it had street parking, they then said that the street was paid but after arriving at the flat I was made aware that it was in fact free. Parking is free on beach road.
At the apartment there were a couple of things I had issues with:
The bathroom had no cabinet for toiletries, my toiletries were on the floor under the basin, bathroom had no light.
Kitchen had no space to store some groceries, as someone who was traveling with a toddler I had lots of food.
Propr”s calls would go unanswered and I had to drive to their office a couple of times for issues that could have been resolved over the phone.
