het dakterras was niet schoon, vol spinnenwebben en geen verlichting in de avond op het dakterras, was jammer

Schöne Lage
Der Boden war kaputt (Loch unterm Holzlaminat)
Die Terassentür ließ sich kaum öffnen, weil davor der Holzboden aufgequollen war.
Es hätte etwas sauberer sein können (Kühlschrank, offensichtliche Ecken, Bad)

Location and setup is brilliant, a real Dutch experience especially with the greenhouse on the top.
The flat was not cleaned before us, dustbin full, half used shampoo in the shower, dirty glass and rubbish in the greenhouse.
The facilities are heavily used. The door towards the terrace is hardly working, it takes a man to open.
The bedroom door is broken and the floor is sunk at many places.
