Christinahoeve Oude Deel #1

The place is quiet, the landscape wonderful with water, flowers and animals everywhere. The apartment is clean and well furnished, we had to sleep the entire family in the same room but it was big enough. Children had games outside to play with. A very nice place if you want to visit Holland with children: major cities are not far, and you can rest at night in a very peaceful area. A French family

We had a very pleasant stay in the courtyside. The place is very nice and clean. The home is in a very clam and charming village, not far from main big cities and places to visit. The owner are very nice too and helpful.

It was a very recently furnished and decorated, vacation apartment, in a wonderful location, surrounded by farms and nurseries. It used to be a farm. The barn had been converted into four apartments and the haymow as well. Our apartment was completely wheel chair accessible with a portable ramp added to the front steps. Inside, true to the Dutch reputation, everything was spotless, and welcoming. There were two beds with an extra one for an additional person (for an extra fee). The website gave a realistic description of the facility, and services available, and the owner was very helpful. The kitchen was well furnished with pots, pans, dishes and silverware. There was a stove and microwave as well as a refrigerator. A rack to hang clothes to dry was in the meter cupboard. There was a tv and wiifii. There is a table and chairs outside in the front of the apartment. We also had the use of two bikes which were great for seeing the countryside. I suggested that an English list be prepared with more directions about where things were, what to do with trash, recycling, heat, etc. and offered to translate it into English. Dutch people know these things naturally, but foreigners often don't. I would recommend Cristina Hoeve to anyone looking for a vacation apartment in the country with kitchen facilities. I think it would be great if one had kids as well. There are also chickens and goats and some playground equipment and a picnic table. We really appreciated everything at this farm vacation.
