Accueil très sympathique et efficace. Appartement convivial et agréable.

Peu d'espace de rangement dans les chambres, mais cela n'a pas été un gros handicap. Un support à serviettes serait le bienvenu dans la salle de bain.

I enjoyed my stay in the apartment—the location was excellent, and the apartment itself had great potential. However, I noticed several areas for improvement that could enhance the overall experience.

Cleanliness: There were several areas with significant dust, the toilet bin still contained waste upon arrival, the laundry area was full of laundry, the dishes were dirty Wear and tear: Some furnishings and features showed noticeable damage, such as a torn headboard and a broken lid on the kitchen bin. Parking: I had to pay out of pocket and submit expenses (capped at €12.50), and as of two days after my stay, two out of three tickets still haven't been reimbursed. I also had to negotiate with the parking operator for a day-ticket, which took up to 10 minutes each time. Wi-Fi: The signal was particularly weak on the balcony, limiting internet use in that area. Addressing these issues would significantly improve the guest experience and likely lead to higher ratings.
