Easy self check in. Lovely location and pub food next door was great. Clean , quiet and tidy. Would recommend

We took our dog and there is a large Gap under gate so was not secure .

We love it here. Rooms are clean and staff are friendly

Nothing not to like

The staff were extremely friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Comms beforehand were prompt and helpful. The location is good and access was great for mobility impaired people.

No Aircon (during a brutal 34C heatwave) - staff member went and got a fan on request which helped. Mattresses need replaced (sagging badly in the centre of both twin beds). Window latches of rooms faulty - had to call on staff to help open them. Non smoking rooms but they smelled strongly of cigarettes. Other guests standing right outside our room smoking. Ashtray fixed to fence outside room full of cigarette butts and giving off smoke - had to extinguish with water. Dirty nappy left on the ground outside another room all day.
