Warm welcome. Room clean. Superb breakfast.
Not a real dislike, but be aware rooms 4 and 5 are at the top of a narrow staircase.

Very nice couple running b&b. Breakfast very good.
Room on 2nd floor meant 2 flights of stairs which were very narrow.
Bathroom extremely cold in the morning
Road Traffic noise is constant
