le cité, gare, hypercentre

j'ai aimé le cadre et le charme du logement qui a été aménagé (et du reste très bien avec tous les équipements souhaités même la clim nécessaire du reste en cette période de canicule) sous les combles (donc sous les toits) ainsi que son emplacement à la fois proche du centre ville piétonnier de Dijon et de la gare

je n'ai cependant pas apprécié (mais c'est la contrepartie de ce que j’ai aimé!) que ce logement soit au 3eme étage sans ascenseur (avec une dernière rampe d’escalier très raide!)

Un séjour exceptionnel ! L’appartement est impeccable, bien organisé et très agréable. La localisation est idéale, tout est à portée. Philippe et Élise, les co-hôtes, sont d’une grande bienveillance et aux petits soins du début à la fin. On s’y sent vraiment bien. Je recommande les yeux fermés !

La luminosité du logement, la salle de bain, la cuisine, les équipements et d’une manière générale, la décoration.

Parfois difficile de ne pas se cogner la tête quand on fait 1,90 m. L’arrivée en haut des marches avec les valises.

This is a lovely studio apartment which is very well equipped. We liked the Tasimo coffeemaker & altho we didn’t use it, the washing machine was a plus. It was also nice having the option to log into our own Netflix account & watch TV altho instructions for using the tv (different remotes etc.. ) would have been useful.

It wasn’t at all easy finding the apartment (driving) and it was impossible to drop off at the door. Parking is advertised available in a nearby courtyard but the courtyard is a ‘free for all’ for a number of properties & cars had been parked poorly meaning we couldn’t actually park our own car there until much later in the evening when a vehicle had left & even then it was difficult to actually get into a space. If parking cannot be guaranteed it should not be stated as included. (For us, the availability of parking is the MOST IMPORTANT thing we look for when booking). The apartment is the converted attic of a tall building. The third floor is actually up over 50 steps up and those at the very top are tiny half stairs. It felt very dangerous ascending to the apartment at the very top &, as with the parking, if we’d been fully aware of the actual situation we would have booked elsewhere. The apartment itself is a dream but climbing stairs with cases & belongings was hazardous. While bath towels were provided, no bath mat was available for when stepping out of the shower so the floor of the bathroom was very slippery and, again, dangerous when wet. The bed was pretty squeaky. My husband found it stopped him sleeping because every time one of us moved it squeaked!
