The location was good.

I personally would not recommend the place for a few reasons. The building looks shady and there are a few things I find problematic. The stairs leading to the room are older and some are loose and wobbly. The place was not completely cleaned. The kitchen sink was obviously not cleaned and I think no one had checked the kitchen at all as there was old salad in the fridge. The ceiling had spider webs which I assume are hard to see during the day when cleaning. And the absolute worst, and I know this is a personal pet peeve, was being asked to pull the sheets of the bed. If I wanted an Airbnb experience I wouldn’t book on booking.com. Considering all this, I don’t want to recommend the place.

La posizione strategica

Mancava un vero e proprio impianto di climatizzazione, per cui abbiamo dovuto aprire la finestra per azionare un rumoroso ´pinguino’. Mancava un armadio, anche piccolo.

The apartment it's situated in a good location near the old Dijon town and main commercial streets. The interior design is pleasant even if the space is very small. Car parking is 2 min away: practical and cheap.

The shades are really not enough to block all the light coming from the street (at night and early morning). The noise isolation from the road is not great. The hosts have very specific communication about check-out rules, but it would be nice to share also some informations about the city and a couple of adresses for restaurants/cafés. I would offer 1 bottle of water in summer.

L’emplacement du logement est superbe. la décoration est soignée, dans l’ensemble. la literie est confortable.

Tout d’abord, nous avons reçu les « instructions » avant même de recevoir le mot d’accueil! aucune souplesse dans les règles. départ avant 10h sous peine de payer 20€ de supplément. c’est également la première fois que nous devons défaire les draps du lit avant de partir ! 95€ la nuit pour devoir faire la ménage a son départ. c’est plutôt cher payé ! Nous qui habituellement préférons les appartements de ce type plutôt que les grands groupes hôteliers … Dernièrement, le ballon d’eau n’a la capacité pour deux douches .. Nous sommes déçus …
