The manager Ryan went above and beyond to take care of us during our stay. Very helpful
Even bought the kids donuts as a fairwell gift
Apartment had Internet issues but Ryan the manager dropped off WiFi modem while service was down.
Then called the provider to resolve the matter and was very helpful with a problem that was beyond his control.
Did everything possible to help fix..

The apartment was comfortable and in a convenient location, close to everything. The washing machine was an added bonus. Overall, it was a great place to stay.

Security, it felt safe and there was a supermarket downstairs and also a 7/11 with many restaurants as well. Lots of cats in the courtyard. Great views from the balcony. Having a washing machine was great but we couldn’t find the dryer that was advertised. Good communication from the owner.
It was Easter when we stayed and there was no access to the pool. You need to buy a pool voucher to be able to use it and it was closed. There was a really musty smell in the corridor to the room although that’s quite common in Asian hotels.
