Amazing view Makati Elegant flat 400MB internet

The apartment was more than we had hoped for exceptional views of the city of makati beautiful sunrise and sunset views. We are from Australia and we stayed for 8 nights 2 adults and 2 teenagers. It is our first time in Manila and this apartment made our time here such a wonderful experience. The location was very convenient close to shops supermarkets and eateries downstairs within the building. The staff downstairs in the lobby were amazing they are friendly and kind. The owner and host was extremely friendly helpful attentative and kind. The caretaker of the apartment was very considerate caring and kind. A very wonderful apartment with good water pressure and great wifi.

The booking process was very easy, and communication was excellent. The location is fantastic, and the building itself is very elegant. We enjoyed our stay, and we are especially grateful to Richard, the housekeeper, who kindly cleaned our room earlier than scheduled so I could check in early due to illness and rest instead of waiting in the lobby. This gesture was truly appreciated.

Despite the elegance of the building, the apartment does not reflect the same standard. There were visible damages to chairs and walls, water was leaking from the corner of the shower, the furniture looks very old and worn, and the bathroom had a constant unpleasant smell, likely due to a lack of proper ventilation. Because of this, I do not feel the apartment can accurately be described as elegant in its current condition. If you are looking for something elegant I'll recomend to spend a couple of pesos more and choose another unit.

I love the place and its very clean, the property owner is very attentive, accommodating and helpful. She has a good heart and hospitable.

The view from the apartment was nice and there was the possibility of using the swimming pool, where I recommend buying a multi-day ticket, because it is a bit more complicated - you have to go down to the G3 floor from the parking queue and pay there, then it is easy. There are plenty of gyms, massages, and restaurants near the area, so the accommodation is well situated.

Sometimes you have to wait for the elevator, but that's a given when you live on the 58th floor.
