Perfect location.We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay again.
Disappointed with our experience on firstday we check-in on 20 June 2026 (6.A.M) the room was not ready and not cleaned by the staff eventhough we already booked the room on 19 June 2026. Kitchen utensil and cutlery set not complete. Only 1 bowl provided . Hope there are improvement when i come again this September/November..

The unit was within SM mall . Very convenient to shop and dine.
The bed and pillows were comfortable.
It served its purpose. Quick sleep over. We checked out at 3.30 am as we had an early flight.
I know I asked to check in at 3 but when I asked if I could check in at 2pm they said that the check in is at 2 pm. When we got there, we had to wait for nearly an hour because the room and the authorization letter weren't ready. They accepted a late check out when they knew that someone was checking in.
There were also a couple of small cockroaches in the bathroom.
The Alexa smart weren't working. It wasn't connected properly to the lights and what not.
There were only a few cutlery in the kitchen. No free water or coffee facility.
The bedding and towels were all mismatched.

Nice neighbourhood, and nice view of the city
Lots of cockroaches, not enough cleaning, no luggage room, I had to buy toilet paper
