I TRUST THE OWNER. (If you know, you know) I love the room was clean and bug free. Everything you need is in the building. Mall, supermarket, 7-Eleven, Starbucks and th list goes on.
No balcony. But he has some other units that have it. The wifi has its moments. But constant.

Excellent location in Makati. The room was a great size for 2 people, 3 would be ok. Bathroom and kitchen were clean and well equipped. Bed and couch were very comfortable. Shower was nice and hot. Washing machine very helpful for longer stays. Hosts were extremely helpful with cleaning, completed promptly upon request. Communication was excellent, always responding to questions and concerns quickly. Supermarket located on the ground floor.
No hot water in the kitchen or bathroom sinks. But a kettle is provided. Pool is additional cost paid separately per visit. Elevators can take a while due to many floors, but it's not too bad.
