    I think coaches seen due to sink issue overall clean and all appliances can be use. Parking in all SM eesudences is all expensive

    We had a problem checking in since the owner is using a singaporean number and is not responding here in agoda and on here email. We were advised in the frontdesk to contact her via whatsapp. The good thing about it is she replied fast when we contacted her via whatsapp. Upon checking in we noticed little cockroaches and there’s also a plastic cup under the sofabed, we also noticed the bed is wet from the aircon. As we reported it to the owner, she made us transfer to another unit. Which also has little cockroaches and upon checking the pull out bed - it is damaged (you can already feel the board or metal below) Another inconvience we encountered was the cooktop had an electricity shortage so we lost electricity in the whole unit for about an hour or two. We all reported this to the owner and offered us a voucher for pool or late check out, but we opt for a discount in our booking instead since we don’t know when will we coming back.
