it truly felt like a home away from home. The unit was comfortable, well-equipped, and perfect for a relaxing visit. What really made the experience stand out was Jha, the property manager. Her customer service was exceptional—she was always quick to respond and took care of any concerns right away. Her attentiveness made everything smooth and stress-free. Bathroom is a bit tiny.

A cozy small apartment relatively centrally located in Makati (about a 20 minute walk or short ride from Greenbelt shopping center). The apartment is well equipped for cooking, the bed is comfortable and the washing machine works well. Once I figured out how to use the internet (with the kind help of the host), that worked well too. I did not have time to use the pool but heard from other guests it is nice though one needs to go to the ground floor to pay first before using it. Check in was easy, the host was very responsive, there is a small mall next door, and the price of the place is quite reasonable for what you get.

The major problem is not with the room but Air Residences generally. It is very full (with many other short term guests) but the elevators can take over 10 minutes to arrive at peak hours and then are often very full and stop on every floor. (This may have been due to the fact that several elevators seemed not to be in working order though there were no signs to this effect.) So leave early if you have an appointment as it may well take some time to get down to the reception area. It is also a bit dark approaching Air Residences by foot but there were no hassles.
