Red Residences Cozy Condo in Makati Near NAIA

I like the layout of the condo and the access to the elevator which is nearby. The ikea kitchen items were cool as well. It served my purpose during my stay as it was temporary till I moved into my long term condo. The owners were very polite.

The bed is a bit too hard for me I would recommend memory foam topper as a investment even if it’s the cheapest one around, the trash room did have a roach come here and there but I top to bottom cleaned the condo and sprayed outside the door and throughout the condo so I seen little to none towards the end of my stay. I recommend they get a foam cover (it’s only 100 pesos) for the bottom door to keep them out and noises from other neighbors on the 12th floor (this unit) because they would be quite noisy and would be hard to sleep sometimes.

The value for how long we stayed was excellent. The facilities were also very nice. The AC was a life-saver, and the owner was very nice and easy to communicate with!

The room is right across the garbage disposal room so unfortunately it smelt a bit funky, however, nothing too bad once in the apartment!

We loved how neat and clean the room was when we got there and the location being in makati was perfect for halloween parties.
