The place is comfortable, it has most of the things you need for a week stay like the washing machine, kitchenware, refrigerator, also it has a bluetooth speaker w/ mic.
I wish there is a vacuum, iron, hair dryer and automatic air freshener so the smell after cooking won’t stay long

Just a great apartment
Great use of space.
Fabulous balcony
At arrival, late at night, the security guard was power hungry. All the correct documentation, emails, Wi-Fi code, door entry code, approval of stay, guest authorisation form but this guard would allow access for nearly 30 minutes of a long discussion exceeding his power
Very painful after two days of travelling

It is a good location and nice view from balcony on the night, with bar stools and table. Facilities okay but…
Late night guards wanted an extra piece of paper before letting me go upto the room upon arriving, even though I had the code for the door already and showed them everything.
Swimming pool cost is a bit expensive compared to other places, and finally only visit the gym after normal working hours with no guard, as the day guard says its policy for guests to be staying for at least 30 days to be able to use the gym.

Bien situé
Piscine et salle de sport (attention à vérifié si ouvert et OK selon le nombre de jours passés dans la résidence)
Calme ( la moitié des appartements sont vides, car il y a trop d’offres en condo à Manille et aussi la bulle immobilière)
Ménage pas fait derrière le lit (voir la photo)
Manque casserole pour cuisiner
Fausse Alarme feu se déclenche en pleine nuit (pas la faute du logement, mais plutôt la sécurité du building)
